Home Health Care 2000 is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our home health team serving clients in Oakdale, Ville Platte, Alexandria and Deridder. The CNA works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist, performing personal care tasks and monitoring patients' conditions.

You will observe, report, and document patient status and care provided, contributing to safe, quality-focused home health services.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
• CNA license (Preferred)

WE HAVE POSITIONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS IN LOUSIANA: Oakdale, Ville Platte, Alexandria and Deridder

The CNA home health aide is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.

The CNA home health aide will be assigned in a manner, which promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.
