Job summary

Harbor Hospice of Oakdale is seeking a qualified part-time Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to support patients in the Oakdale area under RN supervision. This role focuses on in-home care and compassionate patient support.

Requirements include Louisiana CNA licensure, 1+ years preferred, hospice or home health experience preferred, strong communication, travel ability with reliable transportation, and clean background checks. Work hours are 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in Louisiana is required.
• 1+ years' CNA experience preferred.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
• Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record.
