Job summary

Home Health Care 2000 is seeking CNAs to support patients in Deridder and surrounding Louisiana towns, providing compassionate home health care during patient visits.

You will observe patients, report observations, and document care under supervision to ensure quality and safety of care.

Preferred applicants have 1 year of caregiving or home health experience, a valid CNA license, CPR certification, and are able to work 8-hour shifts on the road.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (1 year).

WE HAVE POSITIONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS IN LOUSIANA:Deridder, Oakdale, Ville Platte, Alexandria

The CNA home health aide is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.

The CNA home health aide will be assigned in a manner, which promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.
