Job summary

Home Health Care 2000 is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join the on-the-road home health team. CNAs work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist, performing personal care, observing patients, reporting changes, and documenting care provided.

The roles include full-time and part-time positions in Louisiana, with required background checks; CPR or CNA license preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• Experience caregiving in a home health setting is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

WE HAVE POSITIONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS IN LOUSIANA:

The CNA home health aide is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.

The CNA home health aide will be assigned in a manner, which promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.
