Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants are vital in creating a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes residents' well-being. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring dignity, respect, and personalized care for each resident.

  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for coordinated care

  • Support mobility through transferring and repositioning
  • Assist during meals, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional states
