You will help residents with daily routines, motivate and encourage them, and support licensed nurses with charting, vital signs, and reporting changes. Your caring nature will assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, including skin checks. You will also provide companionship, emotional support, and promote independence, ensuring residents are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished.
