Colonial Village in Olathe, KS, is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide - CNA to provide direct resident care in line with restorative nursing practices. The role involves assisting with mobility, meals, bathing, dressing, grooming and vitals, reporting progress to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nurse Aide license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with progressive range of motion exercises and mobility (bed activities, transfers, walking).
• Assist with progressive eating at breakfast and lunch.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Take and record vital signs as scheduled and as needed.
• Document progress and health information for charge nurses.

This position provides direct care to nursing home residents, in accordance with restorative nursing policies and procedures.
