Complete Care seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) professionals to join our compassionate care team in Wisconsin. We offer a daily-pay option, competitive wages, shift differentials, overtime, flexible scheduling, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, maintain clean living spaces, document care, and abide by facility policies and regulatory standards under nursing leadership.

Formación

• Must hold active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• Background check as per Wisconsin requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, positioning, and ambulation as a attentive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Environment & Records: Maintain clean, safe living spaces and complete required documentation neatly and in a timely manner.
• Compliance: Perform all tasks in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards under the direction of nursing leadership.

Qualifications For Success

• Certification: Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Background & Health: Compliant with Wisconsin healthcare worker background check requirements.
• Education & Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
• Experience: Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates ready to make a impact.
