Job summary

Complete Care Management in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time shifts. This role includes direct resident care, ADLs, and collaboration with nursing leadership.

A Wisconsin CNA certification is required, along with a HS diploma or equivalent. We offer daily pay options, shift differentials, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Wisconsin CNA certification.
• Education and basic computer knowledge required; able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Care: perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, meals, feeding, turning, and ambulating.
• Environment & Safety: maintain clean, safe living conditions and follow guidelines.
• Clinical Collaboration: assist Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator with timely records.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Care: Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, turning, and ambulating as a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Environment & Safety: Maintain clean, safe living conditions for residents and perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Clinical Collaboration: Ensure all records are completed timely, assisting the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
