Complete Care - Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care in a compassionate, team-focused environment. The role emphasizes adherence to care standards, accurate documentation, and collaborative practice with nursing staff.

Qualified CNAs bring at least 2 years of experience, Wisconsin certification in good standing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA Certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years CNA experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to utilize electronic charting systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet all state healthcare background check requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided using electronic health records.
• Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality resident-centered care.
• Serve as a positive role model and resource for less experienced team members.
