Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
As a vital bedside caregiver, the Certified Nursing Assistant CNA delivers essential direct care, preserves resident dignity, and supports shift operations:
Comprehensive Resident Care & ADL Assistance:
Skillfully and compassionately assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including showering, bed baths, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care.
Serve nutritional meals, assist residents with dining, provide hydration reminders, and accurately track and record daily meal percentages and fluid intake.
Safely transfer, ambulate, turn, and reposition residents according to individualized care plans using proper body mechanics and adaptive mechanical equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand devices).
Vital Signs Monitoring & Health Observation:
Measure, record, and track vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and weights) in accordance with routine care schedules.
Observe residents closely for subtle physical, emotional, or cognitive changes—such as skin redness, acute pain, changes in mobility, or appetite loss—and immediately report findings to the Charge Nurse.
Infection Control & Environment Maintenance:
Proactively maintain clean, safe, organized, and sanitary living conditions for all residents, making beds, tidying rooms, and ensuring call lights are placed within easy reach.
Adhere strictly to hand hygiene guidelines, PPE mandates, standard precautions, and facility infection control policies.
Accurate Digital Documentation:
Complete all required care reports, fluid logs, and ADL records in a timely, precise manner using the facility’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) digital kiosk before shift end to ensure seamless care handoffs.
Compliance & Team Collaboration:
Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, federal, and facility safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively as an essential Certified Nursing Assistant CNA team member, participating in shift huddles and enthusiastically executing all other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Licensure: Must possess an active WI Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification in good standing on the Wisconsin state registry.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Compliance: Must successfully pass state healthcare worker background checks and required health screenings.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong physical stamina, patience, and a compassionate approach to elderly and rehabilitative populations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as a collaborative, supportive team player.
Basic computer knowledge for electronic health record documentation.
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or sub-acute care experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are warmly welcomed to apply!
