Tower Lodge Care Center in New Jersey seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands-on care to residents. We are hiring for Full-time and Part-time CNAs on Evening and Night shifts, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a warm, family-like setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands‑on care to our residents. We are currently looking for Full‑time & Part‑time CNAs, for the Evening & Night Shifts

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Compensation

Full‑Time, Rate: Up to $24.00 depending on Benefits taken.

Part‑Time, Rate: $23.00 Weekdays, and $28.00 on the Weekends.

This is a non-benefit position for the right individual looking to work a committed schedule of 3 shifts per week, including 1 weekend shift (i.e. every‑other weekend) with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts due to callouts, and vacation.
