Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care in a skilled nursing facility setting. We offer FT, PT, and Per Diem positions with all shifts available. Join a team dedicated to resident well-being and safe, comfortable care.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily activities, taking vital signs, maintaining a safe environment, and following infection control procedures. CNA license required in NJ.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

• Take vital signs and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
