Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin, TN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. This PRN role supports residents with daily living activities and collaborates with clinical staff to deliver person-centered care.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Active Tennessee CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required; we practice inclusive care and uphold privacy of health information.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
