Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Putnam Farm team. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and support daily living activities with empathy and attentiveness.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
