Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts at Wesley Glen in Columbus, OH. You will support residents with activities of daily living and respond to call lights to ensure timely care.

Requirements include current CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and fluency in English. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. Join our not-for-profit team dedicated to excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
