Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Full-Time/Part-Time role based at Twin Towers, Cincinnati, OH. You will provide hands-on care in Memory Care or Skilled Nursing, delivering activities of daily living support and compassionate resident care.

The position requires a current CNA certification, English fluency, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. Join a not-for-profit team dedicated to high-quality care and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Responding to call lights and resident requests in a timely and respectful manner
• Supporting residents’ physical and emotional well‑being in accordance with care plans
• Maintaining a positive and calm environment that promotes resident dignity and rights
• Encouraging residents to maintain independence whenever possible
• Following safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
