Job summary

US Skilled Serve is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide resident care in our facility. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support on weekends and during rotating shifts.

The right candidate will maintain safety standards, document care, and adhere to facility policies. Certification as a CNA is required, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Attend training and maintain certification.
