QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Healthcare experience is a plus

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care per care plan
• Facilitate activities
• Respond respectfully to resident requests
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Assist with resident activities and preparations
• Perform basic nursing procedures
• Ensure timely food service and meet resident needs
• Document care activities accurately
• Follow policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Attend training and maintain certification
• Perform additional activities as needed
