Job summary

Tower Lodge Care Center in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. We are currently looking for Full-time & Part-time CNAs, across all shifts.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, support mobility, monitor changes, and document care; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. We are currently looking for Full-time & Part-timeCNAs, across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Compensation

• Part-Time, Rate: $23.00 Weekdays, and $28.00 on the Weekends.

This is a non-benefit position for the right individual looking to work a committed schedule of 2-3 shifts per week (with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts due to callouts, and vacation.

• Full-Time, Rate: Up to $24.00 depending on Benefits taken.
• Sign-On-Bonus: $2000
