Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification.

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Set up resident rooms with supplies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team; document accurately.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality care.

CNA Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents
• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care
