Complete Care at Voorhees, NJ is hiring CNAs to join our full‑time or part‑time team. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor their condition, and collaborate with a caring nursing team. Competitive pay: $20.50–$24.00/hour with shift differential for 3–11p and 11–7a shifts, plus a “get paid today” option.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable

• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment

• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation

• Encourage social interaction and emotional well‑being among residents

• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations

• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care

CNA Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification

• Experience in long‑term care preferred but not required

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care

Schedule & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $20.50-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
