Complete Care at Voorhees is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team in Voorhees Township, NJ. You’ll provide essential resident care and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

We offer competitive pay of $20.50–$24.00 per hour, shift differential for 3–11p and 11–7a, flexible full‑time or part‑time scheduling, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents.
• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care.
