Highland Springs Post Acute in Highland Springs, VA is hiring CNAs to join our long-term care team. All shifts available: 7:00a-3:00p, 3:00p-11:00p, and 11:00p-7:00a, with FT and PT options.

Shift differentials available; we offer benefits and a supportive environment to build meaningful relationships with residents. Active CNA certification is required; new CNAs are welcome with training.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New CNAs welcome; training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Support nursing staff and care teams.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
