Job summary

Cypress Pointe Health and Wellness Center in Georgia is hiring Certified Nurse Aides for full-time 8-hour shifts. You will provide one-on-one patient care and support daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Assists patients to maintain their current level of function or to restore function of ADL’s.
• Acts as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complies with the Code of Conduct and corporate compliance.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information to ensure patient’s rights are protected.
• Uses appropriate equipment (lifts/gait belt) and follows policy when transferring patients.
• Changes patient bedding as necessary and makes unoccupied beds.
• Serves and assist in tray set and assist in picking up trays/passes drinking water and ice.
• Answers call bells timely reports issues to charge nurse.
