Job summary

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Monday and Thursday afternoons are currently needed for a new client in 32209, with hours to be determined and opportunities to match additional nearby clients.

We offer $18-$22 per hour, weekly pay, W-2 employment, PRN and recurring schedules, and a $100 bonus opportunity for designated qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Social Security card.
• Current CPR certification.
• Health statement within past 6 months: Free of Communicable Diseases.
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements.
• Florida Elder Affairs training as required.

Responsibilities

JACKSONVILLE & SURROUNDING AREAS - MULTIPLE CLIENTS

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

We currently have a new ongoing client in the 32209 area needing Monday and Thursday afternoon care, plus additional clients throughout Jacksonville. Caregivers interested in picking up additional hours may be matched with other nearby clients based on location and availability.

Current 32209 Opportunity

• Monday afternoons
• Thursday afternoons
• Exact hours TBD
• Ongoing recurring schedule
• Additional Jacksonville-area clients available
