Job summary

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring clinical team. You will provide total resident care, assist with ADLs, and document changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Completed a MN approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current MN NAR license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; monitor changes in condition.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition, attitude, or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPPA requirements while delivering care.
