Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in assisted living settings. Under the supervision of a charge nurse, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support eating and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety.

Will require a valid CNA certification, high school diploma or GED preferred, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and range of motion exercises as needed.
• Support infection prevention and PPE protocols as required.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
