Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in New Albany, Indiana is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caregiving team. CNAs work with fellow caregivers to deliver daily nursing care based on each resident's plan of care, while providing companionship and support to residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents' conditions, and collaborate with the team to maintain safety and comfort, contributing to a respectful, supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
