Job summary

Aging Well Health Care LLC in Missouri is seeking CNAs and Caregivers for days and weekend shifts as PRN floaters. You will support seniors and homebound clients with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while traveling to client homes.

This role requires 1 year of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work 2-3 weekdays or two weekends per month; shifts range 6–12 hours and pay weekly with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance coverage
• Ability to work 2 weekend shifts per month
• Minimum 30 hours of availability per month
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience
• Must be willing to work with pets in the home
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with facility staff
• Ability to prioritize needs of patient population based on current workload

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Schedule Options

We are currently seeking CNAs and Caregivers with availability for days and/or weekend shifts.

This is strictly a PRN Floater (as needed) on call position.

• - Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours (7:00AM - 7:00PM)


• - Required availability: minimum of 2-3 weekdays or two weekends a month


• - Must be willing to travel to our facilities located in O'Fallon, Wentzville, St Peters, and Cottleville areas.

Our caregivers provide essential daily support and companionship to our clients. Responsibilities may include:

• - Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs


• - Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods


• - Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead


• - Comfortable working in homes with pets


• - Ability to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)
