Job summary

AW Health Care in Missouri is seeking caregivers to provide essential daily support and companionship to homebound clients. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, transportation, and emotional support.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling across 4-12 hour shifts, paid training, mileage reimbursement, benefits for eligible employees, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Minimum 30 hours of availability per month.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility and transfers.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes.
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating.

Schedule Options

We are currently seeking caregivers with availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours
• PRN opportunities available
• Every other weekend availability is required

• Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
