Job summary

Aging Well Health Care, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home support for seniors in Missouri’s St. Charles County area, including O’Fallon and nearby communities.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Minimum 30 hours of availability per month.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes.
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation or errands for clients.

Schedule Options

We are currently seeking caregivers with availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours
• PRN opportunities available
• Every other weekend availability is required

What You Will Do

Our caregivers provide essential daily support and companionship to our clients. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Transportation or errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead
• Comfortable working in homes with pets or smokers
• Ability to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)
• Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
