Job summary

Rose Senior Living at Providence Park in Novi, MI is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for a 6:30am–3pm schedule. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, and maintaining resident comfort under supervision of licensed staff.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED; one year in assisted living/memory care is preferred; Nurse Aide Certification is welcome but not required. Benefits include health coverage, DailyPay, 401(k), PTO from day one, meals, and growth

Responsibilities

• Perform resident care activities and nonprofessional services essential to residents' comfort and needs.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, and mealtime assistance.
• Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services any unusual changes in resident status.

Week 1-Monday, Tuesday, Saturday

Week 2-Sunday, Thursday ,Friday

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Assist residents at mealtime. Encourage a calm atmosphere. Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident (change in status).
