Job summary

Alto Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, CT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Assistant / Caregiver to provide hands-on care for residents in our Assisted Living & Memory Care community.

This position offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options with shifts including 1st and 3rd. CPR certification and dementia training are preferred or required as per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year related health care experience.
• Must pass criminal background screening.
• Adheres to Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Maintain and document care using resident service plans and records.
• Collaborate with Resident Services Director to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote safety and a positive environment for residents and staff.
