LCB Senior Living’s The Residence at South Windsor Farms in Connecticut is hiring CNAs. Full-time and part-time shifts are available to support seniors with daily living tasks, medication assistance, and meaningful activities.

As a Resident Care Associate, you will follow approved care plans, document services, monitor health changes, and collaborate with a compassionate team to safeguard residents’ dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training as required by state regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training required per state rules.
• Experience with seniors and dementia preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance as defined by the service plan.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document accordingly.
• Engage residents in activities to promote cognitive and social well-being.
• Monitor changes in residents' health and report to RN promptly.
• Help with meals, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
• Document services and incidents in the community system.
