Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring staff in Northbrook, IL to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily activities, dignity, and emotional support. You will follow supervisor schedules, document care, and ensure confidentiality while working as part of a compassionate team.

Candidates should have at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and may need CNA/CHHA licensure depending on state. A supportive, team-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain residents' confidentiality.
