Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Associate/CNA for the North Shore Place Assisted Living community in Northbrook, IL. This full-time role covers morning, evening and overnight shifts and pays $19–$22 per hour.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, support their dignity, document care, and follow supervisor schedules. CNA/CHHA licensing may be required by state; English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency to perform duties and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills and compassionate, professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort, and daily living activities.
• Follow supervisor-set schedule for residents’ needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage residents’ independence and dignity.
