Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in Maryland to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor residents while coordinating with the nurse to update care plans.

A high school diploma is required; a current CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus. Brightview offers competitive pay, benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Identify changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
