Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for residents in Maryland.

You will engage residents in community programs, monitor changes in care needs with nursing staff, and support ongoing resident well-being. A high school diploma is required; CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan with the Nurse.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
