Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in our Maryland community. You will support activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor wellbeing under the guidance of a nurse.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a positive attitude, and a CPR/First Aid or state CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State CNA/HHA/CHHA (Medication Aide) certification is a plus.
• Positive attitude and love for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
