Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Maryland is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents. You will assist with ADLs, monitor needs, and coordinate with nurses to update care plans, while encouraging participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• CNA/HHA/CHHA or Medication Aide certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
