Qualifikationen

About the Role:

You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assist with medication management and other essential care services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and incontinence care
• Manage medication administration and documentation
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to our healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Collaborate with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
