SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our Opelika, Montgomery team. As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide direct patient care, support ADLs, and collaborate with nurses to deliver personalized care plans in clients' homes.

Formación

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Alabama.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility exercises.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to nurses and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients and families.
