Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Opelika, Montgomery is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home care team on a part-time basis. You will provide patient-centered care to clients in their homes, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support families and caregivers.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA with current certification.
• Experience delivering in-home care is a plus.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and manage medications under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to tailor care.
