Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care and companionship to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction

• Perform essential tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a focus on dignity and respect

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to promote independence and well-being

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, including falls, injuries, or illnesses, to ensure timely and appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
