Job summary

Morningside Elite Management in Laurel, MD is hiring compassionate Caregivers for our assisted living and memory care team. You will help residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for, in a warm, supportive environment.

We offer flexible AM/PM shifts, competitive pay, PTO, holiday pay, health insurance options, and growth opportunities. CNA/CHHA certification may be required for some roles, and you’ll join a team that values kindness, teamwork, and meaningful daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
• CNA or CHHA certification may be required depending on the position.
• A genuine passion for helping seniors and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and daily activities.
• Encouraging independence while preserving each resident's dignity.
• Building meaningful relationships and providing emotional support.
• Following individualized resident care plans and schedules.
• Communicating changes or concerns to the Health & Wellness team.
• Documenting care and assistance provided.

What You’ll Do
