Avera Marshall Hospital is seeking a Regular full-time CNA/Home Health Aide to provide personal care to elderly and disabled patients in Tyler/Balaton/Tracy area. Day shift, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 72 hours per pay period, with PTO from day one and opportunities like student loan repayment.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documentation, and adherence to safety and infection controls while collaborating with nurses and multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Driver's license required upon hire.
• CNA certification required upon hire in Minnesota.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active CNA license in the state of practice preferred.
• Less than 1 year in home health care or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides assistance to patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides personal care as directed and delegated by the nurse, according to the plan of care.
• Assists with housekeeping, laundry, meals, and shopping.
• Assists patient with social activities as prescribed by the plan of care.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation.
• Reports changes in patient status to supervisor.
• Demonstrates care appropriate to age of patient served.
• Uses equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
• Adheres to safety and infection policies and procedures.

Educación

Driver's License

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Minnesota

High School or GED

Active CNA license in state of practice

Less than 1 year in home health care
