Job summary

Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick, Rhode Island is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our professional team. You will provide patient-centered care, follow the resident care plan, and collaborate with other caregivers to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Active license is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care procedures following the resident's comprehensive care plan.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with Patient Care.
• Provide patient-centered care to residents.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations with others, including employees, residents, and visitors.
• Adheres to facility and departmental policies and work rules/regulations.
• Be respectful and compassionate to residents, families and other caregivers.
