Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Danvers, MA. We offer full-time and PRN opportunities with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and additional evening options.

Earn $17-$22 per hour with up to $1.50 shift differential and Daily Pay. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, observe changes, and support a safe, dignified care environment under the supervision of licensed

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment (Massachusetts).
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment upholding resident dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
