• Performs nursing care procedures per the resident plan of care.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with Patient Care.
• Provide patient-centered care to residents.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations with residents, staff and visitors.
• Adheres to facility and departmental policies and work rules/regulations.
• Be respectful and compassionate to residents and families.
